.never too many













I love stripes. My Gramey told me when I was about 19 to never wear horizontal stripes as it was not ladylike. I weighed about 98 pounds and was wearing a guys Ralph Lauren rugby shirt with giant black and navy stripes. I think I must have been quite fetching. But it stuck. I like my stripes better on pillows and rugs. But I do love me a striped dress now and again, and she looks pretty lady-like to me!

    I adore stripes. In decorating, I use striped silk taffeta curtains everywhere. They look fabulous anywhere you use them.

    Never too many is my motto too when it comes to stripes. I wear a lot of it and my house is full of it - pillows, bedding, rugs . . .

    I love stripes - I wear them a lot (probably in ways that aren't flattering, but I can't help it). Nautical stripes are a fav.

    I love stripes! I don't wear them much since I'm not a little skinny thing like the girl in the picture. I think they're slimming on my towels though. He he he he :)

    Stripes can be fun to wear if you pay attention to your shape. I bought this boatneck striped shirt with dolman sleeves that I wear the heck out of. So cute. Oh, and I love pinstriped suits on men.

    I adore stripes, and especially since I now know that small, closely spaced ones are actually slimming because they make your eye travel up and down rather than side to side.

    I've been seeing stripes all yof esterday too, bedding, storage boxes. I especially like those cushions, they look like crayons!
