pretty in pink

Really busy with work, back verrrrrrrry soon, but in the meantime, I seem to be baking more cakes than I have ever made n my life. It seems to make my teenagers five again(oh,how I wish), so as long as they will help, giggle and be happy, I will be baking. I will also weigh 467 pounds, BUT, my sweet cakes are never this pretty. What is your favorite cake/cupcake recipe?

Do tell.....

  1. How my mouth is watering! My favorite cupcake recipe is buying them from all the fabulous bakeries on Chestnut St. in SF-you can only buy so many at a time, and then you don't have 16 more waiting to be eaten!

  2. Mine are from www.elanaspantry.com they're made with coconut flour and less guilt! Except I still top them with Nutella...

  3. Mine are never this pretty either. But my youngest daughter can whip up gorgeous ones. My favorite has to be 'black bottom cupcakes' which require no frosting. The inside consists of a a scoop of a mixture of cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla & choc. chips dropped into choc. batter 3/4 filled into each cupcake. Very, very divine! Happy teens is a good life.
( : Wishing you lots more cake!
