I want to learn how to embroider, my new thing. Love looks like this. I heard it is pretty easy for simple stitches. Do any of you embroider? Any tips?
I barely remember but use to enjoy it. I recall my grandmothers, both of them, teaching me stitches. Good for you that you are doing this. A true art form.
What gorgeous, delicate work. I'm afraid that I'm the last person to be giving tips on embroidery. The last thing that I remember doing was cross stitch at school and that was more years ago than I care to remember !! XXXX
ooh, love that first one. yes, i bought a book called "doodle stitching" to learn how to embroider. it's a great reference and makes it lots of fun.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I don't. But have heard that it is a great way of relaxation ... maybe I should try it!
ReplyDeleteIt's a delicate and precious work... So sweet
ReplyDeleteNot very crafty.. But I will buy one from you if you make one! (Preferably the one in the middle).
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend to you!
