I like to put it on the wall. the higher, the better! hope you have a great week! xo
Wall, just below the ceiling or crown molding, to extend the height of the window/window treatment.
On the wall as high as possible. I like to position hardware just under the crown molding to heighten the room.
Ours are on the window frame!
On the wall, I put it as high as possible.
Ours are in the frame. In the next house (if there is one...), I hope to have the hardware hidden in a little track recessed into the ceiling!
likewise happy to have found your blog! just started to have a look, love the images! thanks for stopping by mine... and i will be back soon. x chantal
I do the wall so I can give it more height!
the wall would be my choice. if i had my way though, we would be surrounded by trees or bushes or noone within seeing distance since i have never been one for window treatments in the first place. i love a wide open window....guess i better move to the country.
Hey there, sorry, I think that I missed your lst post. I hate doing that. Anyway, the wall would be my choice, as they look so much more elegant. XXXX
Definitely the wall. But I'm with Jae, if privacy was not an issue and gorgeous sweeping vistas were within view, who needs window treatments!
Yes, yes, tell me!
