.books and bed


This was somehow missing from my post regarding "Do you put stuff ON your books". 
But looking at it really makes me really ponder... sleep!  Doesn't this look so refreshing, yet warm? I also love the touch of the delicious color lavender. Always do.

    i am always ready to jump in to bed! not in a dirty way, necessarily. :) sleep and being cozy always appeal to me!

    and i don't like lavender. for some reason i think it stinks. but i know i am crazy on this one because everybody on planet earth likes it except for me! i would switch it out with jasmine or gardenia. yum.

    Oh my lord I could take a killer nap in that bed...love those big European pillows! And for the record, I am anti decorating on the books, but I am very pro piles of books all around (largely because I have them, but for no particular aesthetic reason).

    So pretty. I'm loving linen and (or) hemp bedding right now, and these look like a really nice linen. I also love the lavender touch!

    Anyone who comes in my home, is always caught with their nose in a book. I rather like that they just "cop a look" in a book. If I were visiting someone with that lovely bedroom, I think it would be hard to not resist the temptation to read in that bed! (or dream!)
